Intermediate Gymnastics continues progression beyond basic mastery for all the major components of gymnastics: Bars, Beam, Vault, and Floor.
Requirements
- Bars - pullover, forward roll over bar to tuck hold, 3 strong cast away.
- Floor - backwalkover
- Beams - walks forward, backwards, sideways in releve’, lever kick, half turn dismount
- Vault - handstand flatback
