All 4 Fitness
We utilize and develop essential skills such as running, jumping, lifting, pushing, pulling, throwing and catching for all youth ages, regardless of their current activity level or sport. Our coaches implement fitness modalities through instructional demonstration, consistent practice, corrective feedback, and physical application.
All 4 Fitness is a great stand alone class for anyone looking to increase their athleticism and fitness regardless of involvement in any sport.
Classes are Tuesday - Thursday at 4:00 and 5:00. Come one day or all 3!
***Please Note - this class will have limited parent viewing. Workouts may be outside (weather permitting), inside in our area without seating, or in the main area of the the gym. We have video viewing via an app for when workouts are in the area without seating.
