The foundational skills of gymnastics - core strength, balance and coordination are developed with age appropriate skill development on balance beam, bars and tumbling.
Classes are 45 minutes long with 6 kids in a class.

- Age 4 - 5 years old or those that have moved up from Tiny Tykes
