Our Xcel Gymnastics Program is located at our Frisco gym. It’s a gymnastics system created in 2003 by USA Gymnastics, the association in charge of competitive gymnastics in America. It was designed to help gymnasts practice and master their gymnastics skills at their pace without the rigors of the traditional competitive gymnastics program.
The program has five gymnastics levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, each with its own optional competition rules. If gymnasts meet the requirements for XCEL, they can choreograph their routines according to their strengths and weaknesses, allowing for more lenient marking and higher marks.

- Required practice 2 days per week
- Athletes must tryout to be placed on our Silver Teams
