Beginning Tumbling

Tumbling develops Strength, Coordination, Timing, Agility, and Flexibility. These are all great physical attributes on their own and can apply to just about any other sport as well. At this level classes focus on the basic technques and body awareness that are the building blocks for gaining skills.

No tumbling experience required. Students will work on foundational skills such handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls, backward rolls, front limbers and back-bend kick overs.
