This is a special training group that will learn the foundation of gymnastics in preparation for competing in the future. Vault, bars, beam and floor skills as well as flexibility, strength, and teamwork will be the main focus.

This group will consist mostly of 6 to 8 year old girls preparing to compete in the future.
This group practices for 1.5 hours twice a week.
